Quotes and Work Are Agreed by Phone

Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a price. Any work we do is agreed between you and us directly, after a phone call and, where needed, a visit to your home.

We give a written quote before any work begins. That quote, and what we agree with you, sets the terms of the job. If anything on this site differs from your written quote, the quote is what counts.
