A dead furnace at 2 a.m. or an AC that quits in July gets a response around the clock, and we never add a charge for nights, weekends or emergencies. Estimates on new systems and replacements are free.

Then a tech visits your home and checks the equipment before anything else. You hear what we found in everyday words and get a written quote before work starts. Choose us for the repair and the diagnostic fee goes toward the bill. Our labor on repairs is covered for 1 year, and new installations get up to 3 years of labor coverage. We are licensed and bonded in WA and work in Rathdrum, Post Falls, Hayden, Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding area.

Details That Help Before You Dial

1. The brand and model number, usually printed on a sticker inside the furnace door or on the side of the outdoor unit.
2. What you notice, such as a burning smell, rattling, a system that turns on and off fast, or weak air at the vents.
3. A rough age for the system and the date of its last tune-up, if you know it.
4. Any code flashing on your thermostat or a light blinking on the furnace.
